Roasted Kale


This is the way to eat your kale my friends.

Oven preheated to 425

You will need:
2 handfuls of chopped up Kale (I use the bagged stuff and sometimes the fresh stuff and chop it up) you need pieces that are like an inch by an inch or a little larger.
EVOO
Cookie Sheet
Sea Salt or Kosher salt

put the handfuls of kale on the cookie sheet in a single layer. a little piling up is okay.
sprinkle with evoo and some salt and toss like a salad with your hands so the kale is all coated with the evoo

roast for about 5 minutes. you want some of the leaves to be a little charred.

Enjoy! I like to eat mine with chopsticks.
