4 C Uncooked Macaroni (I think this is 16 oz)
1 C Veganaise
1/4 C White Vinegar
2/3 C Sugar (I did not use all of this)
2.5 T Yellow Mustard
1.5 t Salt, 1/2 t Pepper
1 Lrg Red Onion Chopped (Again, just add whatever amount looks right)
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
2 Stalks of Celery, chopped
You need to refrigerate this for 4 hours or overnight to make it ultra good.
